Cucumber Martini

  • 5 oz cucumber vodka
  • 1 oz St Germaine
  • 1/2 oz Dry white vermouth
  • 1/2 large lime
  • English cucumber
  • Mint
  1. Muddle about 2 tablespoons of small chopped cucumbers and 2 tablespoons of mint leaves in martini shaker with the lime.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and all other ingredients and shake away.
  3. Use thin sliced cucumbers and fresh mint leaves as garnish

  1. Tip: Give the mint leaves you use for garnish a quick slap before adding them. Just place the leaves in your palm and give a hardy clap. It releases the oils a bit and makes them more fragrant. Works with basil and other leafy herbs, too.
