Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 6 thighs
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1-2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1-2 teaspoon creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1-2 green onions, diced.
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a Ziplock bag, , marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 48 hours in refrigerator.
