Ingredients
- 1 lb baby spinach
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- salt to taste
Method
Slice up the garlic and sauté for several minutes until soft. Add spinach and sauté uncovered until wilted. At very end of process add the squeeze of lemon, stir and serve.
